Required roles and permissions for access to Public folder
inSync requires the following permissions to access and protect Public folder data:

A service account used to configure inSync Management Console must have a valid mailbox.
Provide permissions to root and sub-folders
Download the permission script from here.
Navigate to the Exchange Online Powershell.
Connect to the Exchange Online Admin Center.
Navigate to the folder containing the permission script file.
Execute the following command.
.\Update-PublicFolderPermissions.ps1 -IncludeFolders \ -Users <druva-service-account-upn> -Recurse -AccessRights "Owner" -SkipCurrentAccessCheck
Administrator with one of the following roles can configure inSync to protect Office 365 data:
Druva Cloud Administrator
inSync Cloud administrator
Any administrator with role and privileges to manage SaaS Apps
