❗Important
Starting July 6, 2026, the Legacy Reports in the Enterprise Workloads Management Console will be discontinued for Public Cloud customers. For more information, refer to Upcoming EOL for Legacy Reports and Transition to Centralized Reporting.
Reports provide a comprehensive overview of your data protection environment, and enable system monitoring: and overall health status. Cloud administrators can view reports and manage report subscriptions for all organizations, while Group administrators can configure subscriptions within a specific organization.
Centralized reporting on the Druva Cloud Platform console provides you with enhanced visibility, improved accuracy, and a single pane of glass of data insights for your protected workloads. The centralised reporting experience introduces powerful features designed to give you more control over your data:
Unified Access: Gather a holistic view of your Azure environment with all workload reports in one central location.
Customized Reports: Create, filter, and save custom views tailored to your specific needs.
Granular Frequencies: All views now support Daily, Weekly, and Monthly subscriptions.
Druva provides the following types of reports at each organizational level:
Backup Activity: Provides information about the backups that occurred in the last 60 days.
Restore Activity: Provides information about the restores that occurred in the last 60 days.
Resource Status: Provides details of the resources such as administrative group, backup set type, backup content, and backup policy associated with the resources, and backup and requests that Druva addressed in the last 60 days.
Storage Consumption by Backup Sets: Provides details of the resources such as administrative group, backup set type, backup content and backup policy associated with the resources, and the storage consumed by individual resources in your organization.
View and Download Reports
You can view and manage reports based on your administrative role:
Cloud Administrators & Data Protection Officers: Full visibility. You can view reports for all Druva activities across the entire platform.
Organization Administrators: Region-specific visibility. You can view reports for activities exclusive to the specific organizations you have access to.
Group Administrators: Team-specific visibility. You can view reports for activities directly tied to the administrative groups you manage.
To access reports, on your Druva Cloud Platform Console, click Reports from the Global navigation menu.
