Upcoming End of Life for Legacy Reports and Transition to Centralized Reporting

We have transitioned reporting to a centralized experience at the Druva Cloud Platform level to provide enhanced visibility, improved data accuracy, and a unified reporting experience.

As part of this transition, Legacy Reports in the Enterprise Workloads Management Console will be discontinued from July 6, 2026 for the following workloads:

  • Hybrid Workloads: VMware, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V, File Servers, NAS, MS SQL Servers, TurboTier, Oracle Phoenix Backup Store, Oracle Direct to Cloud Servers, SAP HANA

  • Azure Workloads: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Files, Azure SQL, Azure Blobs.

Important: These changes will not be applicable to Enterprise Workloads AWS GovCloud (US) and FedRAMP-certified Cloud customers.

What this means for you

  • Legacy reports that could be accessed from the Enterprise Workloads Management Console will no longer be available.

  • All legacy reports available in the Enterprise Workloads Management Console will now be available only through Centralized Reporting (Navigate to Druva Cloud Platform Console > Global Navigation menu > Reports).

  • Existing subscriptions for legacy reports will no longer be active. You must subscribe to these reports within the Centralized Reporting.

Customer action

To continue accessing reports and receiving scheduled emails:

  1. Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console > Global Navigation menu > Reports.

  2. Identify the reports relevant to you.

  3. Subscribe to the required reports.

Tip: Along with individual subscriptions, you can use role-based subscription to schedule and send reports to administrators with specific roles in Druva.

If no action is taken

  • Scheduled report for emails will not be received.

  • Any workflows dependent on these reports may be impacted.

Benefits of Centralized Reporting

The centralised reporting experience introduces powerful features designed to give you more control over your data:

  • Unified Access: No more switching consoles; all workload reports are now in one central location.

  • Customized Reports: Create, filter, and save custom views tailored to your specific needs.

  • Build Custom Reports: Create custom reports from scratch, selecting only the specific filters and data columns you need.

  • More Export Options: Choose between compressed (ZIP) and non-compressed file formats for report exports and subscriptions.

  • Dru AI: Leverage AI-powered insights for deeper system analysis and troubleshooting. (Not applicable for AWS GovCloud (US) and FedRAMP-certified GovCloud)

Area of impact

Behavior of Legacy Reports on Enterprise Workloads Management Console

Behavior of Centralized Reports on Druva Cloud Platform Console

Cost Allocation Report

Provided a single Cost Allocation Report that summarized monthly credit consumption for the selected period.

To provide deeper insights into your credit usage, the Cost Allocation Report has been split into the following two reports:

  • Cost Allocation Report: High-level summary of credit consumption and cost allocation.

  • Cost Allocation Details Report: Granular details of credit consumption at organization, administrative group, and backup set level.

Credit Consumption by Backup Set Report

Not Available

A new report providing a monthly breakdown of estimated credit and storage consumption for every individual backup set. See Credit Consumption by Backup Set Report.

📝 Note

Credit-based reports are not applicable for customers onboarded through AWS Marketplace or Managed Service Partners.

Subscriptions for multiple reports

A single subscription was configured for multiple reports

Centralized Reporting supports a single subscription per report.

To configure multiple subscription schedules, admins can create duplicate reports and assign different schedules to each.

Custom reports

Not Applicable

Centralized Reporting supports creation of custom reports.

Administrative Group-based subscriptions

Administrators could configure subscriptions for reports to include only administrative group–specific report data.

Custom reports support administrative group–based filtering and subscriptions. Centralized Reporting also respects user roles, ensuring users only receive data relevant to their assigned administrative groups.

  • Backup and restore operations will not be impacted.

  • Historical data (up to 18 months) will be available.

  • Data integrity and reporting accuracy will remain unchanged.

Change of behavior in report subscriptions

The subscription configuration has changed in the following manner with Centralized Reporting:

  • Behavior with Legacy Reports: Subscription frequency was restricted based on your view.

    • All Organizations View: Restricted to Monthly only.

    • Specific Organization View: Supported Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.

  • Behavior with Centralized Reports: Scheduled report emails now provide the data with a default filter applied based on the configured schedule: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Where to access Centralized Reports

All reports are available in Druva Cloud Platform Console > Global Navigation Menu > Reports > Hybrid Workloads.
