Centralized reporting on the Druva Cloud Platform console provides you with enhanced visibility, improved accuracy, and a single pane of glass of data insights for your protected workloads.
Reports available on the Druva Cloud Platform Console provide details for the following workloads:
File Servers
NAS
VMware
Hyper-V
MS SQL
Oracle PBS
Oracle DTC
SAP HANA
Nutanix AHV
Azure Virtual Machines
Azure SQL
Azure Files
Azure Blob Storage
Note: These reports are available on Public Cloud and AWS GovCloud(US). They are currently not supported on FedRAMP certified GovCloud.
What’s new
The centralised reporting experience introduces powerful features designed to give you more control over your data:
Unified Access: No more switching consoles; all workload reports are now in one central location.
Customized Reports: Create, filter, and save custom views tailored to your specific needs.
Granular Frequencies: All views now support Daily, Weekly, and Monthly subscriptions.
Dru AI: Leverage AI-powered insights for deeper system analysis and troubleshooting. (Not applicable for AWS GovCloud(US) and FedRAMP certified GovCloud)
Key changes to new reports
To improve clarity and data granularity, the following structural refinements have been implemented:
Cost Allocation Report split
The legacy Cost Allocation Report has been replaced by two specialized reports:
Cost Allocation Report: Provides a high-level summary of total consumption and costs.
Cost Allocation Details Report: Provides granular details at resource level such as administrative groups, organization, and backup sets.
New Credit Consumption by Backup Set Report
A new report providing a monthly breakdown of estimated credit and storage consumption for every individual backup set. See Credit Consumption by Backup Set Report.
Subscription management
Legacy subscriptions from the Enterprise Workloads console do not migrate automatically. Administrators must manually configure new subscriptions within the DCP Console.
Subscription Logic
One Schedule Per Report: Centralized Reporting supports one delivery schedule per report.
Multiple Schedules: To send the same report on different frequencies (e.g., both weekly and monthly), you must duplicate the report and assign a unique schedule to each version.
Quick Start: How to access and subscribe
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your data, please follow these steps to set up your new subscriptions:
Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
Go to Global Navigation Menu > Reports > Hybrid Workloads.
Choose the reports relevant to your operations (e.g., Backup Activity, Cost Allocation).
Open the report and configure your subscription settings (Frequency, Recipients, etc.).
Tip: Use Role-Based Subscriptions to automatically send reports to all administrators with specific roles.
