Overview

The Druva Cloud Platform Reports provides an intuitive & simplified experience in downloading & managing reports. You can get granular insights into all your product operations through centralised reports

Access Reports

From the Druva Cloud Platform Console Global, go to the Left navigation menu > Reports.

Subscribe reports

You can schedule and subscribe to receive reports over email as a CSV file or a PDF.

A subscription can be created for other members of the organizations too.

You can perform the following actions in the Subscription and Schedule section for the respective report.

Email Report

Send Report as:

Attachment: Get an email with attached report as per the set schedule

Link in email: Get an email with a download link to report as per the selected format (PDF or CSV)

Send as compressed file: Get the report in zip format

Schedule Email

Get timely updates for the subscribed report based on the configured schedule

Enable the Toggle button to set the email schedule

Recurrence: Provides below cadence options to receive reports

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

Daily: Receive an email every day.

Weekly: Choose the day for the email notification.

Monthly: Select the date to receive the email notification

Repeat: Select the frequency according to the recurrence schedule.

Time & Time Zone: Set the time and select the time zone for email notifications.

šŸ“ Note:

  • Data for the last 24 hours or 7 days or 30 days will be shared, based on the selection. For example, if you select recurrence as Weekly, you get a report on the email for last seven days data.

  • The Date in the report may reflect a delay of up to 8 hours

Add Subscribers

After setting up the report scheduling, click Next to configure the subscribers. Enter the required details as explained below:

Subscribers:

Enter the email address of the person who should receive the reports. Alternatively, instead of adding individual administrators, you can add entire Druva Admin roles to the subscriber list.

Example: Profile Administrators (12), Legal Hold Administrators.

You will also see the total number of administrators included in the selected roles.

Exclusions:

Use this option to exclude specific people from receiving report notifications, even if they are part of the roles added in the Subscribers section.

Example: If you add the Profile Administrators role (which includes 12 admins), you can exclude certain admins from that role so they don’t receive the report subscription.

šŸ“ Note

If an Admin’s role is changed, the subscription will be updated to reflect the corresponding changes.
