Centralized Reporting FAQs

What is default behaviour for reports scheduling?

The administrator who creates the report schedule can see and edit it. Other administrators who may be in the recipients list can not access or modify the schedule.

How can I identify which administrator has configured a specific report?

  • Small Teams (Up to 5 Admins): Each administrator can log in individually to check their scheduled reports.

  • Large Teams (More than 5 Admins): Contact Druva Support for assistance in identifying the report owner.

Will I have access to our historical data after I subscribe to centralized reporting?

Yes, you will have full access to your existing historical data for the past 18 months within corresponding Centralized Reports.

Does migrating to centralized reporting affect backup or restore operations?

No. This change only impacts reporting and subscriptions workflows; it does not affect data protection activities.

Where can I configure subscriptions for centralized reporting?

You can manage subscriptions directly within each individual report. For detailed information, see Manage Reports.

Will my old subscriptions carry over to centralized reporting?

No. Because legacy reports will be deprecated, you must manually recreate your subscriptions within the Centralized Reporting section. For detailed information, see Manage Reports.

Can I filter reports by Admin Group?

Yes. Custom reports support Admin Group-based filtering. The system automatically enforces user roles to ensure data privacy and access control.

Where can I find Storage Consumed details that were previously available in the legacy Cost Allocation report for Hybrid Workloads?

For applicable AWS Marketplace customers, storage consumption insights that were previously available in the legacy Cost Allocation report for Hybrid Workloads are now available in theStorage Consumption by Backup Set Report.
