Overview

This report provides details of all the backup activities performed during a specified period.

Below image depicts a sample Salesforce Backup Activity Report.

The following section provides information about the backup activities based on the filters selected.

Section	Description
Summary	Total Backups: The total number of backups triggered. Completed: The number of successful backups Failed: The number of failed backups Total Data Size: The total amount of data backed up.
Backup Status	The pie chart depicts backup status for failed and completed backups.

Backup Activity Details

The table lists the backup activities details of the users for the organization..

Organization ID	The organization ID for the Salesforce instance.
Organization Name	The name of the Salesforce instance on which the activity occurred.
Project	The name of the project created by the user.
Salesforce User	The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.
Start Time	The date and time of the backup activity initiated in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.
End Time	The date and time of the backup activity were completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.
Records Backed up	Number of records backed up in a job
Last backup Status	Status of last completed backup. The types of status are: Completed Failed
Total Backup Details	The total amount of data backed up (MB)
