This report provides details of all the Salesforce data Archival during a specified period.

Section	Description
Summary	Total Archivals: The total number of Salesforce data archival for the configured instances Completed: The data archived for the configured Salesforce instances Failed: The number of failed Archival data Total Data Archived: The total size of Data archived

Archival Status Details

The table lists the Archival activities details of the users for the organization.

Organization ID	The organization ID for the Salesforce instance.
Organization Name	The name of the Salesforce instance on which the activity occurred.
Project	The name of the project created by user required
Archival Set	The archival set name for the activity.
Salesforce User	The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.
Start Time	The date and time of the Archival activities started in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.
End Time	The date and time of the Archival activities completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.
Records Archived	The total number of records archived
Last Archived Data (MB)	The size of the data in MB that was Archived in a specified duration
Total Archived Data (MB)	The total size of the Archived data in MB.
Last Archival Status	The status of the archival tasks whether: Completed Failed
Status Details	Additional details of the failed archival activities
