Overview
The MSP - Backup Activity Report for Salesforce provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with an aggregate, multi-tenant administrative auditing view to monitor and track data protection jobs across all managed customer instances.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting and auditing needs:
Field | Description |
Organization ID | The organization ID for the Salesforce instance. |
Organization Name | The name of the Salesforce instance on which the activity occurred. |
Project | The name of the project created by the user. |
Salesforce User | The Salesforce user who initiated the activity. |
Start Time | The date and time of the backup activity initiated in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format. |
End Time | The date and time of the backup activity were completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format. |
Records Backed Up | Number of records backed up in a job. |
Total Backup Data (MB) | The total data backed up in MB. |
Last Backup Status | Status of last completed backup. The types of status are:

Status Detail | Additional details for the backup activity status. |
Service Plan Name | The name of the assigned service tier. |
Account Name | The internal account name used by Druva to identify the customer. |
Completed Time | The timestamp column tracking historical date boundaries for fully committed data drops. |
Total Backup Size | Alternate byte metric visualization for evaluating high-level resource indexing parameters. |
Definition Name | The backup definition name for which the data is backed up. |
Backup Type | The operational flag defining run mechanics. |
Definition Id | The unique identifier for definition. |
Job Id | The unique identifier of the job. |
Customer ID | Unique identifier for customer environment. |
Global Customer ID | The unique global identifier assigned to the customer within the Druva platform. |
MSP Global ID | The unique identifier of MSP. |
Actions

Action | Description |
Add filter | Creates and applies filters to display customized report data. |
Rearrange column | Drag and drop column headers to change their order in the table. |
Manage Subscription | Create a subscription to receive the reports on schedule. |
Email Report | You can email the report as either an attachment or a link. |
Duplicate Report | You can duplicate the report and customize it as per your requirements. |
