Data Restore Activity Report for MSP

Overview

This report details all the Salesforce data restore activities across managed customer organizations during a specified period. The following section provides information about the restore activity based on the cross-tenant filters selected.

Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting and auditing needs:

Field

Description

Project Name

The name of the Project created by the user.

Backup Definition Name

The backup definition name for which the data is restored.

Data Template Name

Name of the Date template created for the project

Destination Organization

The Salesforce org into which the data was restored.

Snapshot Timestamp

The timestamp of the snapshot when the data was backed up in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format

Salesforce User

The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.

Start Time

The date and time when the restore was initiated in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

End Time

The date and time when the restore was completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

Record Restored

The total number of records restored for the instance.

Restore Size (MB)

The size of data restored in MB when the restore was initiated

Restore Status

Status of initiated restore such as:

  • Completed

  • Failed

Status Detail

Additional details for the failed restore status

Account Name

The internal account name used by Druva to identify the customer.

Service Plan Name

The name of the assigned service tier.

Is Deleted Flag

Status indicator tagging whether the target record or path is marked as deleted.

Total Record Count

The total cumulative count of target records evaluated during the job.

Data Template Id

The system unique identifier assigned to the specific data template used.

Data Copy Job Id

The specific technical tracking identifier of the copy operation execution.

Template Type

Categorization type of the data template utilized.

Company Name

The name of the customer.

Customer ID

Unique identifier for customer environment.

ID

System record identifier for the specific log row.

Task Detail Id

Technical identifier associated with the execution sub-task logs.

Task Type

The structural execution categorization of the job task.

Global Customer ID

The unique global identifier assigned to the customer within the Druva platform.

MSP Global ID

The unique identifier of MSP.
