New Feature

New APIs for reporting automation and integration

MSP Admins can now leverage new APIs to automatically generate reports for Endpoints, Hybrid Workloads, and Cyber Resilience. This eliminates manual report creation, saving you valuable time.

These APIs utilize a single set of MSC credentials, eliminating the need to manage separate credentials for each customer.

The enhanced API response includes customer name, account name, and customer ID, simplifying data integration with your existing tools and removing the need to maintain a separate customer list.

New Feature

Customer-level Event API Access for MSPs

MSPs can now leverage Event APIs to call customer-specific events.

Events API capability helps administrators to:

  • Get the job events in a single API call

  • Monitor job failures and take corrective actions

  • Integrate the exported events with the third-party SIEM tool

Events APIs are designed in such a way that -

  • MSPs can use a single set of API credentials generated from the MSC eliminating the need to manage separate credentials for each customer.

  • Events API response is enhanced to include the customer name and customer ID as a unique identifier for each row. This simplifies data consumption within your integration tools, removing the need to maintain a separate list of customer names.

Important: Events API is currently available for VMware - Hybrid Workloads.

For more information, see Event APIs for MSPs.
