The Managed Services Center (MSC) is a centralized, web-based administrative console designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) who partner with Druva. It provides a unified platform for managing all service plans and customer accounts centrally.
Through the MSC, administrators gain a comprehensive view of service consumption, customer health, and job monitoring, enabling them to configure the platform according to their unique business requirements.
