New Feature
Personalized Timezone Settings in the Managed Services Center (MSC)
Administrators can now set their preferred timezone directly within the Managed Services Center (MSC). Previously, timezone settings relied on support intervention or defaulted to a standard timezone upon initial MSP administrator creation. This new feature ensures that audit logs, entity timestamps, and monitor jobs are displayed according to the administrator's chosen timezone.
Key Improvements:
MSP Administrators: Can set and update the timezone for all MSP, tenant, and read-only administrators.
Tenant and Read-Only Administrators: Can set and update the timezone for their own accounts.
Customer Tenant Console: The timezone displayed within the customer tenant console will be set according to the timezone of the administrator.
This enhancement provides more accurate and relevant time-based information for monitoring jobs, reviewing audit logs, and managing other time-sensitive entities.
Action Required:
The default timezone for all administrators who did not select one during account creation is UTC. To update your timezone preference, log in to the MSC and edit your administrator profile.

Enhancement
Provided more granular control to MSPs over Long-Term Retention
Previously, Long-Term Retention (LTR ) was automatically enabled for all Hybrid Workloads customers in Enterprise and Elite editions. To give MSPs' more granular control over LTR feature access, we've introduced an option within MSC to enable the LTR. This enhancement empowers MSP Admins to determine which customers can leverage LTR storage capabilities, enabling more accurate revenue forecasting and planning.
Key Benefits
Granular Control: MSP Admins now have the flexibility to enable LTR for customers with Hybrid Workloads.
Accurate Forecasting: Enhanced control over LTR usage allows for more precise revenue projections.
Note:
Once enabled, LTR can only be disabled by contacting Druva Support.
All existing Hybrid Workloads Enterprise and Elite customers have LTR enabled by default. To disable it, MSP Admins should contact Druva Support.
To learn more about enabling LTR, see Enable Long Term Retention (LTR) in Managed Services Center.

Benefits:
Improved Efficiency: Streamlined access to reports saves MSPs valuable time and effort, especially for those managing a large number of customers.
Enhanced Scalability: Centralized reporting provides a more scalable solution for MSPs, making it easier to manage and monitor their customers' SaaS Apps and Endpoints data.
