The Chargeback and Telemetry Reports are a powerful reporting suite designed specifically for our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. We understand that many MSPs have unique pricing and packaging models that differ from Druva's standard licensing. Until now, gathering the granular usage data needed to accurately bill your clients often required manually accessing individual tenant consoles and compiling data in external spreadsheets.
This new feature solves that challenge by providing consolidated, detailed telemetry data across all your tenants directly within the MSP console. These reports are built to help you better manage, monitor, and charge back your clients based on the specific consumption factors that matter to your business, such as storage used, number of users, or server counts.

Access the Report
To access Chargeback and Telemetry Reports-
Log in to the Managed Service Centre (MSC) console.
Navigate to Reports>> Chargeback and Telemetry.
