Global Usage Report

Overview

This report provides detailed information on the consumption units (CUs) consumed by each customer.


Note: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for new data to be reflected in this report.


View the Report

  1. Log in to the Managed Services Center.

  2. Navigate to Reports > Global.

  3. Click Global Usage Report.

Filter the Report

You can apply filters at the section level or at the report level to generate customized reports. For more details, see Apply Filters.


Note: By default, the report is filtered to display data from the last 30 days.


Fields and Descriptions

The table below provides a detailed explanation of each field found in the report.

Field

Description

Customer Name

Name of the customer.

Account Name

Name by which Druva should identify the customer.


πŸ“ Note:

Account name and customer may be the same for some customers if Admin has not selected the option Hide Customer Name from Druva while creating a new customer.


Product Module

Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Enterprise Workloads, or SaaS Apps and Endpoints.


πŸ“ Note:

​If a customer is using both services, two different entries are added for each product.


Edition

Druva edition type of customer tenant. See Plans and Pricing.

Tenant Type

The type of customer tenant - evaluation or commercial.

Service Plan

Service plan the customer is subscribed to.

CU Consumption

Total consumption units consumed by the customer between the selected date range.

The following table lists the actions that you can perform on this report page-

Description

Add filter

Creates and applies filters to display customized report data.

Rearrange column

Drag and drop column headers to change their order in the table.

Manage Subscription

Create a subscription to receive the reports on schedule.

Email Report

You can email the report as either an attachment or a link.

Duplicate Report

You can duplicate the report and customize it as per your requirements.
