Overview
The Managed Services Center (MSC) provides administrators the capability to manage and monitor service plans, customers, products, and alerts. To perform any activity, administrators must sign in to the portal.
Credentials Note:
MSC portal login requires two-factor authentication (2FA). Account details are provided in the activation email sent to all new MSP administrators. The verification OTP is sent to your registered email address during login.
Method 1: Sign in using MSC Account Credentials (Standard Login)
This method requires your account email address, password, and a one-time verification code.
Open the Managed Services Center login page (
https://msplogin.druva.com/auth/login/).Enter your administrator email address, and then click Next.
Enter the password and click Submit.
Enter the verification OTP sent to your registered email address, and then click Verify.
After accessing the MSC, the administrator can configure the console according to their business requirements.
Method 2: Sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO)
If you are already authenticated through your Identity Provider (IdP), selecting the Druva Managed Services Center app in your IdP will grant direct access. If you are not currently signed in, follow these steps:
Open the Managed Services Center login page (
https://msplogin.druva.com/auth/login/).Enter your administrator email address, and then click Next. The SSO authentication page appears.
Enter your IdP username and password on the SSO authentication page, and then click Sign in.
Method 3: Sign in as a Failsafe Administrator
If the Failsafe option is enabled, MSP Administrators can use either the standard password login or the SSO mechanism to gain access. Use this method if your SSO connection fails or is unavailable.
Open the Managed Services Center login page (
https://msplogin.druva.com/auth/login/).Enter your administrator email address, and then click the Not using Single Sign-On? link.
Enter your account password, and then click Submit.
Enter the verification OTP sent to your registered email address, and then click Verify.
