Issue: No Content Backed up yet
No Content Backed up yet message is displayed in the following scenarios:
If the selected site collection is enabled for backup, but, backup is not initiated for that site collection
If the first backup for the selected site collection fails.
To resolve this issue, one successful backup for the selected site collection is mandatory. See Backup SharePoint Online data.
Issue: Backup fails for SharePoint sites deleted from Microsoft 365
The following error is displayed when a backup fails for SharePoint sites deleted from Microsoft 365:
[INFO] Starting SharePoint Backup for site_collection : 5911869
[ERROR] SharePoint Backup failed for sitecollection: 5911869, reason: Requested site collection does not exist. (#10000010e)
To resolve this issue, disable backup from inSync for SharePoint sites that are deleted from Microsoft 365. See Disable backup for Site Collections.
