Overview
This report provides you with comprehensive details of all configured Teams, including backup details and storage consumption for both enabled and disabled Teams.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on reporting needs:
Team Name: The name of the Team.
Privacy: the privacy settings for the team, such as Public or Private
Added On: The date and time when the Team was added.
Storage Region: The storage region assigned.
Backup Frequency: The frequency of backup, such as Once a day.
Retention: The retention rule applicable to the Team.
App Status: The status of the Team, such as enabled or disabled.
Total Backup Data (MB): The data size in MB that was backed up.
Total Channel Count (Private + Shared): The total number of Team channels.
Private Channel Count: The total number of private Team channels.
Team State: The status of teams, such as active or Archived.
Last Successful Backup: The date and time of the last successful backup.
Last Backup Attempted: The date and time of the last backup attempted.
Last Backup Status: The status of the last backup operation.
Status Details: Displays the error code of the last backup of the respective team, if any, such as EAUTH.
Deleted: Displays if the Team is Deleted or not.
