Overview
This report provides you with comprehensive details for configured Groups, including backup details and storage consumption for both active and disabled Groups.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on reporting needs:
Group Name: The name of the Group.
Group Email: The email address of the Group.
Group Type: Type of Group, such as Distribution or Microsoft 365
Added On: The date and time when the Group was added.
Storage Region: The storage region assigned.
Backup Frequency: The frequency of backup, such as Once a day.
Retention: The retention rule applicable to the Group.
App Status: The status of the Group, such as enabled or disabled.
Total Backup Data (MB): The data size in MB that was backed up.
Last Successful Backup: The date and time of the last successful backup.
Last Backup Attempted: The date and time of the last backup attempted.
Last Backup Status: The status of the last backup operation.
Status Details: Displays the error code of the last backup of the respective group, if any, such as EAUTH.
Teams Enabled: The status of the associated Team, such as enabled or disabled.
Planner Enabled: The status of the associated Planner, such as enabled or disabled.
Deleted: Displays if the Group is Deleted or not.
