Linux NAS backup fails with error Phoenix 370
Problem description
This issue is specific to Linux Nas proxy.
We do not see the share mounted on the NAS Proxy when we run # df -h.
Phoenix job log shows the error - Phoenix370.
Cause
One of the causes for this is a stale file handle /mnt mount on NAS proxy.
Traceback
Run df-h on the NAS proxy, and you will observe the following stale file handle message.
Resolution
After rebooting the NAS proxy and /mnt stale file handle error should be gone now.
Re-run the backup job.
