Procedure to Auto configure
1. Create an auto-configuration rule.
Create a rule with Workload Type set to Power Apps. The wizard has three steps: Overview, Select Resources, and Backup Settings. For more information about creating a rule, see Creating a New Power Platform Auto-Configuration Rule.
2. Trigger a rule sync to apply the rule.
For more information about syncing rules, see Syncing Power Platform Auto-Configuration Rules.
The rule is applied immediately to all matching environments and continues to apply automatically to any new environments that meet the defined criteria. You can still select individual environments for backup using manual configuration.
