Archival Activity Report for MSP

Overview

The MSP - Archival Activity Report for Salesforce provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with a centralized, multi-tenant administrative dashboard to audit and track Salesforce data archiving operations across all managed customer environments. This report delivers clear details on historical and real-time archival actions within a specified time frame, allowing administrators to monitor compliance with data retention policies, optimize storage costs, and track long-term data management efficiency across different client organizations.

Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting and auditing needs:

Field

Description

Organization Id

The organization ID for the Salesforce instance.

Organization Name

The name of the Salesforce instance on which the activity occurred.

Project Name

The name of the project created by user required.

Archival Set Name

The archival set name for the activity.

Salesforce User

The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.

Start Time

The date and time of the Archival activities started in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

End Time

The date and time of the Archival activities completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

Records Archived

The total number of records archived.

Total Data Archived In MB

The total size of the Archived data in MB.

Last Archival Status

The status of the archival tasks whether:

  • Completed

  • Failed

Status Details

Additional details of the failed archival activities

Service Plan Name

The name of the assigned service tier.

Account Name

The internal account name used by Druva to identify the customer.

File Size(KB)

The micro-measurement breakdown of individual extracted file sizes, captured in Kilobytes (KB).

Archival Set ID

The unique identifier for archiving configuration ruleset.

Archival Job Id

The unique identifier assigned to the specific run item.

Company Name

The name of the customer.

Customer ID

Unique identifier for customer environment.

Global Customer ID

The unique global identifier assigned to the customer within the Druva platform.

MSP Global ID

The unique identifier of MSP.
