Archival Restore Activity Report for MSP

Overview

This report provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with comprehensive details of all Salesforce Archival restore activities executed across managed customer organizations during a specified period.

Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting and auditing needs:

Field Name

Description

Project

The name of the Project created by the user.

Archival Set Name

The archival set name for the activity.

Data Template Name

Name of the Data template created.

Destination Organization

The Salesforce org into which the data was restored.

Salesforce User

The Salesforce user who initiated the activity.

Start Time

The date and time when the archival restore was initiated in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

End Time

The date and time when the archival restore was completed in DD MMM YYYY HH:MM format.

Records Restored

The total number of records that were restored.

Restore Size (MB)

The total data restored in MB.

Restore Status

The status of the archival restore activity. The types of status are as follows:

  • Completed

  • Failed

Status Details

Additional details for the failed restore tasks status.

Account Name

The internal account name used by Druva to identify the customer.

Service Plan Name

The name of the assigned service tier.

Total Record Count

The total cumulative count of target records evaluated during the job.

Data Template Id

The system unique identifier assigned to the specific data template used.

Data Copy Job Id

The specific technical tracking identifier of the copy operation execution.

Template Type

Categorization type of the data template utilized.

Archival Set Id

The unique identifier representing the archived dataset package.

Company Name

The name of the customer.

Customer ID

Unique identifier for customer.

ID

System record identifier for the specific log row.

Task Detail Id

Technical identifier associated with the execution sub-task logs.

Task Type

The structural execution categorization of the job task.

Global Customer ID

The unique global identifier assigned to the customer within the Druva platform.

MSP Global ID

The unique identifier of MSP.
