Problem Description
Reports are sent from Druva to Admins who are not present in Druva.
Cause
One of the admins Admin@abc.com had configured the report subscription previously and added the target admin Admin2@abc.com.
None of the admins are able to see the subscription as the admin Admin@abc.com had configured it. Hence, unable to remove the target admin ‘Admin2@abc.com’ from the report subscription.
Resolution 1:
Delete the admin Admin@abc.com so the associated subscription will be deleted.
Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console > Global Navigation Panel > Manage Administrators.
Click on the administrator you want to delete. The administrator details page appears and shows the information about the selected administrator.
Click on the kebab menu and then on ‘Delete Administrator’.
Click on ‘Delete’ again and you will see the message ‘Administrator successfully deleted’.
Resolution 2:
Unsubscribe from the report
Login to the Druva console using Admin@abc.com only if you have taken over the admin and have the credentials.
Navigate to Endpoints>Reports>Edit the subscription and remove the admin from the subscription.
