Power BI Discovery Report

Overview

The Power BI Discovery Report gives you a consolidated view of Microsoft Power BI workspaces that Druva has discovered and configured for backup. .

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, go to Reports > Microsoft Power Platform.

  3. Open Power BI Discovery Report.

Customizable Report Fields

The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting needs:

  • Workspace Name: The name of the Power BI workspace.

  • Workspace Type: The type of workspace (for example, Workspace).

  • Added On: The date and time when the workspace was added for protection.

  • Storage Region: The region where backup data is stored (for example, eastus).

  • Backup Frequency: How often backups run (for example, Daily (24 hours)).

  • Retention: The retention policy applied to backups (for example, days, weeks, and months such as 5D / 4W / 12M).

  • App Status: Whether protection for the workspace is Enabled or Disabled.

  • Total Backup Data (MB): Total size of backed-up data for the workspace, in megabytes.

  • Last Successful Backup: The date and time of the last completed successful backup.

  • Last Backup Attempted: The date and time of the most recent backup attempt.

  • Last Backup Status: The outcome of the last backup (for example, Backed Up Successfully or Backup Failed).

  • Status Details: Additional error or status information for the last backup (for example, EWORKSPACENOTFOUND or EINTERNAL).
