The Power BI section provides visibility into all discovered workspaces and their backup configuration status. It includes two primary views:
All Workspaces
Configured Workspaces
Navigate to: Druva Cloud Platform Console > All Services > Microsoft Power Platform > Overview
All Workspaces
The All Workspaces tab displays every discovered Power BI workspace in the tenant, regardless of its backup status. Following information is displayed in this listing page;
Column | Description |
Name | Workspace name |
Type | Workspace type (for example, Workspace, AdminWorkspace) |
State | Current state (Active, Deleted, etc.)
📝NOTE: Microsoft retains deleted workspaces for 7 days. During this window, the workspace appears in the Druva console with the “Deleted” state. Once the 7-day period expires and Microsoft permanently removes the workspace, it will no longer be discoverable |
Configuration Status | Indicates whether the workspace is Configured or Not Configured |
A search bar allows filtering by workspace name for quick lookup.
Configured Workspaces
The Configured Workspaces tab displays only those workspaces that are already configured for backup. Following information is displayed on this listing view;

Name | Workspace name |
Type | Workspace type (Admin, workspace) |
Last Completed Backup | Timestamp of the most recent completed backup |
Backup Data Size | Amount of data currently protected |
Backup Enabled | Indicates whether backup is active |
Last Backup Status | Shows result of the most recent backup |
Error | Displays error details if the last backup failed |
Configuration | Associated backup profile applied to the workspace |
