Overview
The Power BI Backup Activity Report provides details of backup jobs run against your protected Power BI workspaces over a specified period.
Procedure
Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
In the left navigation pane, go to Reports > Microsoft Power Platform.
Open Power BI Backup Activity Report.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on your reporting needs:
Workspace Name: The name of the Power BI workspace on which the backup activity occurred.
Administrator: The administrator or service that initiated the backup (for example, Scheduler for scheduled jobs).
Backup Profile: The backup profile used for the job (for example, Default Power BI Profile or a custom profile name).
Start Time: The date and time when the backup operation started.
End Time: The date and time when the backup operation completed.
Snapshot Size (MB): The size of the backup snapshot in megabytes.
App Status: Whether protection for the workspace is Enabled or Disabled.
Backup Status: The outcome of the backup operation (for example, Backed Up Successfully).
Error Details: Additional information when a backup fails.
