Problem description
While trying to login to the SFDC app an error message appears as below “We weren't able to complete your request due to an exception. If this problem persists, contact Support”
Resolution
Check if all the admins who have access to the SFDC 2.0 app are facing the same issue.
If yes on the SFDC org click on setup and search for “Remote Site Settings”
3. Here make sure the remote site names are present and in an active state.If one of the remote site names are not active, then the login issue occurs.
4. If these settings are enabled and still the issue occurs kindly reach out to the support for the same.
