Problem Statement:
Newly added users are unable to view failed task records within the Druva SFDC (Salesforce) Application. The "Task details" section appears blank or does not load content for these users.

Cause:
The user's Salesforce organization (Org) metadata within the Druva SFDC App was not synchronized or refreshed after the new user was added, leading to an inability to properly display task-related information.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, the Salesforce Org description needs to be refreshed for the affected user within the Druva SFDC App.
Procedure:
Log in to the Druva SFDC App using the credentials of the Admin account experiencing the issue.
Within the Druva Salesforce app, click on the Environment Hub tab.
Locate and select the specific Salesforce Organization (Org) associated with the affected user.
Once the Org is selected, click on the Detail button to view the details of that Salesforce Organization.
5. Locate and click on the Org describe refresh button. This action will synchronize the metadata of the Salesforce Org with the Druva SFDC App.
Verification
After performing the "Org describe refresh," have the affected user log out and then log back into the Druva SFDC App. Verify that task details are now loading correctly for them. If the issue persists, clear the browser cache and try again, or contact support for further assistance.
