Logging, configuration files, and services for TurboTier (Enterprise Workloads)

This topic describes the following sections:

TurboTier log files

The TurboTier log files contain details of the backups to the Cloud. It also contains details of the local restores from the TurboTier to the Hybrid Workloads agents. If the TurboTier does not function as expected, you can share these log files with the Druva Support team.

TurboTier OS

Log file location

Linux

  • TurboTier R4:

    • /var/log/Druva/EnterpriseWorkloads/cloudcache
      ​

  • TurboTier R3:

    • /var/log/Druva/EnterpriseWorkloads/cloudcache
      ​

  • TurboTier R1:

    • /var/log/PhoenixCloudCache/

TurboTier configuration file

The TurboTier configuration file contains configuration details that the TurboTier requires to communicate with the Cloud.

​ We recommend that you do not modify the configuration files except when required. In scenarios where you must modify these configuration files, contact the Druva Support team for assistance.

TurboTier service

The Druva Cache Server service ensures that the TurboTier is running.

​ If the TurboTier stops working, the Druva Cache Server service starts the TurboTier.
