Rollback Actions Report

The Rollback Actions report is available with the Rollback Actions feature which requires the Security Posture and Observability license.


What information does this report provide

The Rollback Actions report provides consolidated and point-in-time views based on date ranges for all the protected entities that are deleted in your environment.

How does the report help

You can leverage this report to:

  • Get a consolidated view of deleted, rolled back, and permanently deleted entities.

  • Get comprehensive data about who deleted the entity, when it was deleted, and why it was deleted

  • Decide on the entities you want to rollback before they are permanently deleted.

​ The report displays data only for entities that are supported for rollback.


To access the report

You need to be a Druva Cloud Administrator.

Go to Druva Cloud Platform Console Global Navigation > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Rollback Actions Report.

Using the report


πŸ“ Note
​The deleted data is displayed from the date when the rollback functionality was introduced. Thus, you can view data starting 11 May 2022. Even if you have purchased the license at a later date you can view data starting 11 May 2022.


The data in the reports is synced periodically. The report shows the Data last updated details.

The Rollback Actions report comprises the following information:

Deleted data details

Field

Description

Deleted Date & Time

View the date and time when the entity was deleted.

Delete Request ID

View the ID of the delete request

Entity Type

The entity type whose data you want to view.

Entity Name

The entity name whose data you want to view.

Backup data size

The size of the backed up data for an entity.

Permanently Deleted Entities Date

View of the date and time when the entity was permanently deleted.

Deleted By

View the details of administrator who deleted the entity.

Deletion Reason

View the details of why a particular entity was deleted.

Status

Status of the entity for rollback.

Rolled-back By

Details of the administrator who rolled back the delete request for an entity.

Rollback Date & Time

Date and time when the rollback was initiated.

Updated Date & Time

Date and time when the rollback date and time was updated.

Global Customer ID

The global customer ID details

Request ID

View the unique ID of the delete request.
