The Rollback Requests page provides details of the in-progress, successful, partially successful, and failed rollback requests. These details are available for the last 90 days. A rollback request is a selection of multiple delete requests and/or deleted entities.
Use case
Let’s say on 1st January, you trigger a rollback of 5 multiple delete requests at one time, a single rollback request is created. When you click on the request ID, you can see the details of all the entities that are being rolled back. Here you can also see the rollback status of each entity. To track your rollbacks you can view the rollback request information for the next 90 days.
View rollback requests
On the Druva Cloud Platform dashboard, click Rollback Actions.
In the left pane, click Rollback Requests. The Rollback Requests page lists all the running, successful, and failed rollback requests initiated in the last 90 days.

You can also filter the list by the status of the specific entity type.
The Rollback Requests page provides the following information:
Column | Description |
Rollback Request ID | Click on ID to view the request details. |
Rollback Date | Date and time which the rollback request was triggered. |
Entity Type | Type of entity for which the rollback was triggered. The entity be any one of the following based on the selection:

Deleted Item | Details of the deleted entity: The entity be any one of the following based on the selection:

# Entities | Count of entities for which rollback request was triggered. |
Rolled back by | Name of the administrator who triggered the rollback. |
Status | Status of the rollback request. |
4. Click on a Rollback Request ID to view the status of each entity being rolled back in a rollback request. The page displays the request summary and a list of all the entities that were rolled back along with their status.
The following statuses are displayed:
Running
Successful
Completed with errors: Some of the entities in the delete request failed to rollback while some were rolled back successfully.
Failed
