Rollback Actions Report for MSPs
Updated yesterday

Overview

The Rollback Actions report provides consolidated and point-in-time views based on date ranges for all the protected entities that are deleted in your customers’ environment.

The combination of global customer ID, customer name, and account name gives you a powerful tool to identify customer-specific entries in a large dataset.

📝 Note

  • The MSC fetches data of reports within a maximum of 6 to 12 hours

  • It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report if a new customer or tenant is added to MSC.

You can leverage this report to:

  • Get a consolidated view of deleted, rolled back, and permanently deleted entities.

  • Get comprehensive data about who deleted the entity, when it was deleted, and why it was deleted.

  • Decide on the entities you want to rollback before they are permanently deleted.

To access the report:

Go to Managed Services Center (MSC) > Reports > Cyber Resilience > Rollback Actions Report.

📝 Note
The report is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
