📝 Note: Upgrade the eDiscovery Download client to version <a href="https://downloads.druva.com/insync/ediscovery/2-4-0/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">2.4.0</a> only after all active download jobs on older clients, less than eDiscovery Download 2.4.0 have finished.

The following table provides details about the supported download options for different eDiscovery Download Client versions.

For Zip download format, SSD and HDD disks are supported. Druva recommends SSD for optimum performance.
