Overview
You must be a Cloud administrator or a Legal Hold administrator to download data from inSync Cloud. Also, you should have access to the Legal Hold policy from which you want to download data.
For eDiscovery Download Client installation, ensure that the resource meets the following requirements:
Hardware requirements
CPU: 2 GHz, 2 CPU cores
Minimum RAM: 1 GB
Minimum Disk Space: 10 GB
❗ Important
The eDiscovery Download Client requires this space for configuration files and other logs. You will need additional disk space depending on the size of the data that you want to download.
Software requirements
You can install the eDiscovery Download Client on the following operating systems:
Windows:

Windows 10 (64-bit)
Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
❗ Important
For Windows OS, you must have a version higher than Microsoft .Net 4.6.2 and Microsoft Edge runtime installed.
