Overview

The Data Archiver page from the Salesforce App displays a dashboard, which gives an overview and information about the daily archival. It also provides summary details related to archival.

Dashboards

The following sections are a breakdown of each chart from the dashboard.

Salesforce Storage Summary

This bar graph shows the status of the storage space that includes Salesforce storage and Druva Cloud storage.

You can view the following details on the card:

  • Storage saving in percentage

  • Estimated annual cost saving in dollars

  • Used Salesforce storage and archived data

Total Storage Savings

You can find how much storage you are saving with this graph. Hover the mouse pointer over any data point to know the date and storage-saving as of that day.

Summary of archival sets

You can view an overview of the archival sets. This information is available as a card view and a list view. The default view is the card view. To switch to List View, click the List View button.

You can filter the archival sets based on Project, Organization, and Archival Status dropdowns.
