View Backup Definitions
As an inSync Cloud administrator, you can view the following information from the inSync Management Console.

Backup Definition List
Perform the following steps to view the list of backup definitions created from the Salesforce App:
On the inSync Management Console, click the global navigation icon to access the global navigation panel.
Click SaaS Apps.
Click Salesforce.
Click Backup Definitions. A list of backup definitions appears on the Backup Definition pane.
Backup Statistics
As an inSync Cloud administrator, you can get an overview of the backup statistics from the inSync Management Console.
Procedure
On the inSync Management Console, click on the global navigation icon to access the global navigation panel.
Click SaaS Apps.
Click Salesforce.
Click Backup Definitions. A list of backup definitions appears on the Backup Definition pane.
Click on a backup definition listing.
The following information is available on the Summary page.

Storage Consumption | Displays a graph with the storage consumption details for the last 90-day time frame. |
Backup and Download Status
As an inSync Cloud administrator, you can view the backup status for all backup activities performed from the Salesforce App:
On the inSync Management Console, click the global navigation icon to access the global navigation panel.
Click SaaS Apps.
Click Salesforce.
Click Backup Definitions. A list of backup definitions appears on the Backup Definition pane.
Click on a backup definition listing.
The following information is available on the Activity Stream page.
Field | Description |
Activity Type | Specifies the type of activity. |
Description | Specifies the description for the user activity. |
Created On | Specifies the activity creation date. |
Completed On | Specifies the activity completion date. |
Status | Specifies the status of the activity. |
Reporting Information
