The Recovery Jobs page shows the status of all identity recovery operations for your tenant. Recovery jobs are created when you execute a cyber recovery plan.
Navigate to Recovery Jobs for Identity Resiliency
From the Cloud Platform console dashboard, navigate to Global Navigation icon > Cyber Resiliency > Identity Resiliency > Recovery Jobs.
Recovery sessions and jobs
Jobs are grouped by recovery session. Each time you select Proceed to Restore in the Recovery Plan Summary, Druva creates a session. The most recent session appears at the top of the page.
Each session shows:
Field | Description |
Primary Identity | The identity from the activity analysis that triggered this recovery. |
Identity Provider | The source provider (Entra ID, Active Directory, or Okta). |
Initiated By | The administrator who executed the recovery plan. |
Within each session, the Jobs table lists each individual recovery job:
Field | Description |
Job ID | Unique identifier for the job. Click the Job ID to view details. See View Job ID details. |
Identities Included | The identity or object restored in this job. |
Recovery Type | Recover, Rollback, or Delete. Delete is recommended when there is suspicious create event action on identity. Rollback is recommended when there is suspicious modified event action on identity. Recover is recommended when there is suspicious delete event action on identity.

Snapshot Used | The recovery snapshot selected for restore. |
Start Time | When the job started. |
End Time | When the job is completed. |
Status | Current state of the job (see statuses below). |
Job statuses
Status | Description |
Successful | The job completed without errors. |
Running | The job is actively executing. |
Queued | The job is waiting to start. |
Failed | The job encountered an error and did not complete. |
Successful with Errors | The job was completed with errors. |
Cancelled | The job was cancelled before completion. |
View specific Job ID details
To view details of specific jobs, click on the Job ID. The details are displayed based on the Recovery Type - Recover, Delete, or Rollback.
Recover and Rollback: For jobs with the Recover and Rollback recovery type, clicking the Job ID navigates to the Restore Jobs detail page in the workload or identity provider's backup and recovery section. See Entra ID Restore Jobs, Okta Restore Jobs, Microsoft Active Directory Jobs.
Delete: For jobs with the Delete recovery type, click the Job ID to open the Delete Job Detail dialog. The dialog shows:
Primary identity and identity provider
Number of identities selected for deletion
Who initiated the recovery
A table of object types and their deletion status
Download a job report for Identity Resiliency
Use the Download Report option on any session to download a CSV report for that session. The data is downloaded in a compressed file format. For example, recovery_execution<jobid>.csv.
What information does the Recovery Download Job Report for Identity Resiliency contain?
The Recovery Job report contains three sections:

Initiated At | Date and time for start of recovery job. |

Included Records | Names of included identities in the recovery job. |
Status | Final recovery job status. |
Start Time | Job start time (UTC). |
End Time | Job end time (UTC). |
Duration | Total elapsed time. |
Object Type Statistics
Column | Description |
Job ID | Job identifier. |
Object Type | The type of object recovered (for example, groups, users). The details are displayed according to the identity provider selected. |
Total | Total objects processed. |
Successful | Objects successfully restored. |
Skipped | Objects skipped. |
Failed | Objects that failed to be restored. |
