Microsoft Active Directory Jobs page

Updated today

If Druva for Microsoft Active Directory can back up and restore your data, you can use the Jobs page to get the status of a job.

To access this page:

  1. Log into your management console.

  2. On the Cloud Platform dashboard, navigate to the Global Navigation icon and click Microsoft Active Directory. The Microsoft Active Directory landing page appears. Click Jobs on the left panel. You can view all the existing Backup and Restore jobs. Active Directory protection includes four job types:

    1. Granular Backup: Either scheduled or manual by administrator from the management console.

    2. Granular Restore: Triggered by administrator from the management console.

    3. System State Backup: Either scheduled or manual by administrator from the management console.

    4. Full Forest Restore (System State Restore): Triggered by administrator from the management console.

The Jobs page also provides filters. Use these filters to see jobs based on the job type, such as backup or restore. Or, you can filter jobs based on their status or Job start time. For example, you want to see a list of failed jobs. Or, you want to see jobs that Druva ran in the last 24 hours.

In addition, you can click on a job’s ID to get more information.

When you click on a job ID, Druva takes you to the job details page.

If you’re interested, you can click Download Logs to get more information about the job and for compliance audits or troubleshooting.

The Download Logs includes the following details:

  • Progress Logs of a job

  • Detailed Logs

    • Config logs

    • Agent-specific Logs

    • Main Service logs
