Overview

This report provides details of all the restore activities performed during a specified period.

Accessing Reports

To view Okta-specific reports:

  1. Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.

  2. Click the Reports icon in the left-hand navigation pane.

  3. Select Okta from the list of available workloads.

  4. Select Restore Activity Report.

Report Fields

The following details describe the fields available in your restore reports:

  • Job ID: A unique identifier assigned to a specific restore operation.

  • Administrator: The name of the user who initiated the restore operation.

  • Start Time: The date and time when the restore process began.

  • End Time: The date and time when the restore process concluded.

  • Total Records: The total number of Okta objects included in the restore request.

  • Records Restored: The number of objects successfully recovered to the Okta tenant.

  • Records Skipped: The number of objects that were not processed (e.g., objects that already exist and match the snapshot).

  • Status: The final state of the job (e.g., Successful, Failed, or Successful with Errors).

  • Error: Displays error messages for jobs that did not complete successfully.
