Protect Microsoft Active Directory with Druva
Experience a unified identity protection suite that secures both on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) from a single platform. This new capability ensures that administrators have access to clean, immutable backups to restore from if an on-premises environment is compromised, helping to prevent identity-based lateral movement by attackers.
With this feature, administrators can:
Secure the entire identity perimeter by covering both on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID within a single interface.
Restore individual objects, attributes, or containers—such as accidentally deleted users or altered Group Policies—without taking the entire domain controller offline.
Utilize guided workflows to recover an entire Active Directory Forest following catastrophic events like ransomware attacks or site failures.
Significantly improve the Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) during major service disruptions.
This update enhances overall compliance and disaster recovery performance by providing a robust, immutable backup solution for hybrid identity infrastructures.
Customer Action Required: To enable this feature, administrators must have an Enterprise license for Microsoft Active Directory and should contact the support or sales team to activate data protection for their account.
