Please note that you need access to Druva Console OR Support Portal to leverage Dru Assist.

Procedure title

  1. Login to Druva Management Console

  2. Click on the Chat Bubble Icon (At the right bottom corner)

  3. Explore the available options:

    1. Send us a Message

    2. Druva Cloud Status

    3. Search for help

    4. New Feature Information

  4. Click on Send us a Message Button and you will be able to interact with Dru Assist
