The customer has deployed a new proxy in the environment and all backups are failing with the following error message:  VMWARE 65535

The customer is using the wrong VM proxy version in their cloud type.  Please verify the correct version for the cloud type as there are differences between Public, Gov and Fedramp version may differ

Deploy a new vm proxy with the correct version for the cloud type

1. Deploy a new vm proxy with the correct version for the cloud type
2. Delete to old proxy
