Problem description
While attempting to create a restore job for the file server, the system was unable to locate the latest recovery point. This issue may prevent data restoration to the most recent state, potentially impacting recovery operations.
Cause
The latest recovery point for the file server is unavailable for restoration due to a timezone mismatch between the admin profile in the XX console and the file server. This discrepancy results in a timestamp misalignment, affecting the visibility of backup jobs and preventing access to the most recent recovery point.
Resolution
You can resolve this issue by choosing one of the following options:
Change the Admin Timezone in the Druva Console:
Click on your login name (top right corner of the page).
Select Edit β Timezone.
Update the timezone to match the file server's timezone.
Change the Server Timezone to Match the Admin Profile Timezone.
Please update the timezone accordingly to ensure proper synchronization of the backup timestamp.
