Overview
As an administrator, you can keep track of the total users added and deleted, the total number of Microsoft 365 active users, and preserve licenses allocated and consumed on a weekly and monthly basis. This report provides a weekly and monthly consolidated view of user account statistics.
Weekly report
The weekly report has a start and end date. It provides statistics on the total number of users added and deleted, Microsoft 365 active, and preserved licenses allocated and consumed over seven days.
Monthly report
The weekly report has a start and end date. It provides statistics on the total number of users added and deleted, Microsoft 365 active, and preserved licenses allocated and consumed over a month.
Description
The following table lists the fields in the License Usage Report Weekly and Monthly areas.
Fields | Description |
From Date | For Weekly report: The start date of the weekly report. For the Monthly report: The start date of the monthly report. |
To Date | For Weekly report: The end date of the weekly report. For the Monthly report: The end date of the monthly report. |
Users Added | For Weekly report: The total number of users added for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of users added for a month. |
Users Deleted | For Weekly report: The total number of users deleted for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of users deleted from Microsoft 365 for a month. |
Total Active License | For Weekly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date for a month. |
Active License Used | For Weekly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date for a month. |
Total Preserved License | For Weekly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date for a month. |
Preserved License Used | For Weekly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date for a week. For the Monthly report: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date for a month. |
