Overview
As an administrator, you can keep track of the total users added and deleted, the total number of Microsoft 365 active users, and preserve licenses allocated and consumed in Insync. This report provides a consolidated view of user account statistics.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled based on reporting needs:
Period: Weekly or monthly report.
From Date: The start date of the report.
To Date: The end date of the report.
Users Added: The total number of users added.
Users Deleted: The total number of users deleted.
Total Active License: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date.
Active License Used: The total number of Microsoft 365 active licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date.
Total Preserved License: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses allocated in Microsoft 365 to date.
Preserved License used: The total number of Microsoft 365 preserved licenses consumed in Microsoft 365 to date.
