The following table lists the system settings that inSync backs across Windows devices when you enable Persona Backup.

📝 Note

Microsoft Office suite apps must be installed on the device prior to upgrading to Windows 11, and additional languages must be downloaded separately.
All default templates are backed up. To back up custom templates, configure Office Templates in the user profile. For more information, see. Create & manage profiles.

Shared Drives and Printers

Printer Settings	Printing Preferences (Orientation, Paper sizes, Pages per sheet, Print on both sides, etc). Network printers (Only on Windows 10 and Windows 11). Only printer preferences are supported. *📝 Note: That specific printer needs to be present (Pre-configured on the destination machine)* inSync does not back up the credentials or drivers to access the network printer. You must re-enter the credentials to access the printer and ensure the destination device contains the requisite drivers.
