Choose Your Platform
Druva offers flexible purchasing through both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Scroll down to the platform you prefer to use.
Purchase on AWS Marketplace
What you need during this process
A valid credit or debit card.
The private offer link emailed to you by your Druva representative.
Step 1: Create a new AWS Account
If you already have an AWS account, skip to Step 2.
Go to the AWS Registration Page and enter your email address to begin.
Follow the on-screen prompts to create a password and enter your contact information.
When prompted to choose an account plan, select Paid account plan.
Important - Do not select the Free account plan, as it blocks marketplace purchases.
Enter your credit or debit card. This payment method can be used for your Druva purchase.
Complete the remaining identity verification steps.
Step 2: Locate your AWS Account ID
Your Druva representative needs a specific ID from your account to generate your private offer.
Sign in to your newly created AWS account.
Select your account name in the top-right corner of the navigation bar. Your 12-digit account ID is shown in the dropdown, above your user name.
Copy the account ID and share it with your Druva account representative.
Step 3: Accept and Purchase the Offer
After Druva creates your offer using your ID, you will receive an email link.
Open the email from your Druva representative and click the Private Offer link.
Review the pricing, payment schedule, and terms to ensure they match what you discussed.
Click the Subscribe button.
Once the confirmation page loads, click Set Up Your Account.
You will be redirected to the Druva registration page to finalize your purchase.
Once purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Druva to set up your account.
Purchase on Microsoft Azure Marketplace
What you need during this process
A valid credit or debit card.
The private offer link emailed to you by your Druva representative.
Step 1: Create a new Azure Account
If you already have an Azure account, skip to Step 2.
Go to the Azure Registration Page and create a new Pay as you go account.
Important - Select Pay-As-You-Go. Do not select the Azure free account, as it restricts marketplace purchases.
Enter your contact information and your credit or debit card details.
Step 2: Locate your Azure Billing Account ID
Your Druva representative needs a specific ID from your account to generate your private offer.
Sign in to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com).
Search for and select Cost Management + Billing in the top search bar.
Under Settings on the left menu, select Properties.
Copy the value listed under ID and email it to your Druva representative.
Step 3: Accept and Purchase the Offer
After Druva creates your offer using your ID, you will receive an email link.
Click the private offer link in the email from Druva.
Select the arrow next to the offer to expand it, then click View + accept.
Review the details and click Accept private offer.
Note: It may take up to 15 minutes for the purchase button to become available.
Click Purchase.
When asked for a "Resource Group", simply click "Create New" and type in "Druva". (A resource group is just a folder Azure uses to organize your purchases).
Click Review + subscribe, then Subscribe.
Click Configure account now to be redirected to the Druva registration page to finalize your purchase.
Once purchase is complete, you will receive an email from Druva to set up your account.
Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting
Why am I seeing a "Page Not Found" (404) error when I click the private offer link?
This usually happens if you are not signed into your cloud account first. Ensure you are fully logged into AWS or Azure in your browser before clicking the link in your email.
Can customers in India use a credit card on AWS?
AWS accounts billed through Amazon Internet Services Private Limited (AISPL) in India, credit cards cannot be used for contract-priced private offers. AISPL customers must pay by invoice. Contact AWS Support to update your payment method if this applies to you.
I didn't receive an account activation email from Druva. What should I do?
If you do not receive an account activation email within two business days after you completed your purchase, please reach out directly to your Druva account representative for assistance.
