Quarterly Insights provides automated business review for your organization's data protection environment. This feature delivers actionable insights and recommendations about your backup and recovery operations on a quarterly basis.

How it works
At the end of each quarter, Quarterly Insights automatically aggregates and analyzes data from your data protection environment to generate a comprehensive summary of your Backups & restores, License consumption, Storage, Cyber Resilience, and Data Governance metrics. The generated insights are then made available through the following channels:
Cloud Platform: View Quarterly Insights anytime from the Account Details > Quarterly Insights page in the Druva Cloud Platform console. All previously generated quarterly insights are available in one place for easy reference and trend analysis.
Email: Every quarter, the generated Quarterly Insights are emailed to all Druva Cloud Platform Administrators, making it easy to review and share the insights with relevant stakeholders.
Access Quarterly Insights from Cloud Platform
From the Cloud Platform console, go to Global Navigation menu -> Account Details
Select Quarterly Insights tab from left navigation pane. You will see a list of insights generated on a quarterly basis.
Get Insights on email
The generated Quarterly insights is sent to all the Druva Cloud Platform Admins over email.
Understanding Quarterly Insights
Quarterly Insights is organized into multiple sections that provide visibility into your data protection environment. Each section presents relevant metrics along with an overall health assessment, insights, and recommendations to help you monitor, optimize, and improve your data protection posture.

Executive Summary | Provides a high-level view of backup success, restore success, protected data, storage utilization, and key trends across your environment, helping you quickly assess overall health and identify the highest-priority actions on a quarterly basis. |
License Details | Displays license utilization, storage consumption, deduplication efficiency, and credit balance, enabling you to optimize resource usage and plan for future storage and licensing needs. |
Backup & Restore Performance | Presents backup and restore job counts and success rates, helping you identify failed jobs, monitor recovery readiness, and improve backup reliability. |
Environment Health | Shows configured and protected resources across supported workloads and cloud environments, allowing you to identify protection gaps and improve workload coverage. |
Cyber Resilience | Provides visibility into key security controls such as MFA, Safe Mode, SSO, Geofencing, Restore Scans, threat detections, and security events, helping you assess and strengthen your cyber resilience posture. |
Data Governance | Displays metrics related to Legal Hold, eDiscovery, Sensitive Data Governance, policy violations, and Defensible Delete activities, enabling you to monitor compliance, address governance risks, and optimize data retention. |

The Platform | Provides an overview of the workloads and environments Druva can protect, helping you identify workloads in your environment that could benefit from additional protection. |
