Overview
Organizations utilizing the Druva Cloud Platform have access to a unified Administrator Management page. This central dashboard aggregates all administrative accounts across different products and tiers, including:
Druva Cloud Administrators: Full platform control.
Enterprise Workloads Admins: Management over hybrid workloads/Phoenix.
inSync Admins: Management over Endpoints & SaaS Apps.
How to View the Unified Administrators List
To view the complete list of administrators in a single location, follow these steps:
Log in to the Druva Cloud Platform Console.
Click the Global Navigation icon (
☰) in the top left corner.Scroll down to the Administration section and click Manage Administrators.
The Administrators page will load, displaying a consolidated table containing:
Admin Name and Email
Assigned Roles (e.g., Cloud Admin, inSync Admin, Enterprise Workloads Admin, Product Admin)
Associated Workloads and Privileges
💡 Tip: Use the built-in filter options at the top of the table to sort or isolate administrators by their specific product type or privilege levels.
Important Limitations
⚠️ No Export Functionality: Currently, there is no native user-interface option to export or download the list of administrators (such as a CSV or Excel file) directly from the console.
