Overview
The MSP - Dynamics 365 License Consumption Report provides Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with a centralized, multi-tenant administrative view to monitor, track, and manage license allocations and actual consumption across all managed client environments on a monthly basis. This report delivers consolidated, cross-account statistics for each specified billing and reporting period, allowing MSPs to easily spot deployment trends, optimize resource distribution, prevent under-utilization, and streamline client invoicing.
Monthly Report
This comprehensive dashboard report details monthly Microsoft Dynamics 365 license metrics. It aggregates operational telemetry data across your global portfolio, contrasting the complete pool of purchased/available subscription seats against the active seats utilized within individual customer environments.
Customizable Report Fields
The following columns can be enabled or disabled in the Customize Report panel based on your reporting and cross-tenant auditing needs:
Field | Description |
From Date | The start date of the monthly report. |
To Date | The end date of the monthly report. |
Total Licenses | The total number of Dynamics 365 licenses available during the selected month. |
Active Licenses | The number of Dynamics 365 licenses that were utilized during the selected month. |
Account Name | The internal account name used by Druva to identify the customer. |
Service Plan Name | The name of the assigned service tier. |
Global Customer ID | The unique global identifier assigned to the customer within the Druva platform. |
MSP Global ID | The unique identifier of MSP. |
